Madeline is a Gomeroi yinarr (woman) and award winning Indigenous affairs journalist. She is currently freelance, and has worked across both Blak and mainstream media, including a recent stint at 10 News First Melbourne. Previously she was the first ever Victorian Correspondent for NITV News, during which time she jointly won two awards for her work in exposing the criminal records given to Stolen Generation Elders. Madeline is also a passionate advocate for diversity in the media, especially the representation of First Nations communities and voices.
